I'm looking for a little assistance with my S200 Toro; I've checked the engine over pretty well - the piston mic'd out okay, rings are good, carb is clean and moving fuel, ignition checks good but it won't start. I'm questioning the compression; I'm reading 70psi - I thought I read where this should be 100psi. Other than the compression it would seem that this thing should fire off. Anyone else see where I'm going wrong? Thanks in advance for the help.
