Neighbor machine Electric Start has not worked for a while. Now pull-cord will not start machine - there is some play in tension. Expect easy fix - replace pull-cord mechanism. But machine operated for sometine as gas only. If ROD is issue - due to no oil mix - should engine not have seized during last operation? Is it more likely to be simple fix? Also is fix of Electric Start cheap?
