Question About Toro Snow Blower 38086,824xl power thrower
owners manual...

bought a used snow blower, and the auger has stopped turning around .is it a shear pin or a belt ? is there adjustments on the belt ? i need to have a owners manual so i can operate this blower safely. and to repair if needed. thaqnk you jim scott
