i have the 95' model of toro mentioned above. it starts fine with the choke open, however once its disengaged its starts to "chug" until i open the choke again. (it runs fine with the choke wide open)it sounds to me like a fuel problem, however i checked the carb and primer line for clogs and its fine, has new gas and air filter is clean. Any solutions or ideas why it bogs out when the chokes off? thanks for the help
