The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
5 Heres the Tecumseh motor manual for your toro s-200 or s-620. working on my own, you may need to adjust the fuel screws. Instructions are in the manual, but for starters, adjust both screws in all the way (keep very close track and write down how many turns it took) The manual says to start with the screws loosened 1 full turn each, which should be enough to keep it running. if this dowsnt work, you'll need to take off the carb and clean it thoroughly. my advice, only remove the 2 adjusting screws and the diaphragm if you can get a replacement (about $6) Dont go crazy taking apart a million things. the simplest method tho, remove the adjusting screws (they are DIFFERENT! as mine was anyway so keep track which holes they came from) remove the screws and the fuel line. then spray the heck out of the carb with carb cleaner. Make sure the fuel is mixed properly, my s-200 gets 32:1 gas/oil.
