Question About Toshiba CRT Television 27AF41
Pwr light blinks but no picture....

Toshiba 27AF41. TV crackled and then turned off with the red LED power light blinking. Turning the unit off and on would cure the problem. Now, however, it has turned off and will not come on but the power light still blinks. When I unplug the TV and then plug it in again, I can hear a relay clicking and then a second later clicking the other way. No schemo.
