i have a Toshiba refrigerator model GR-M42UD. of late the freezing compartment has started forming ice. we have tried to ensure that the control dial is below 5, the surrounding temperature above 5 degree Celsius but the problem persists. am suspecting that i could be a mechanical problem. any help?
