Got a new defrost board but it keeps flashing a green led light, no manual or schematic available. How do I reset the board?

0 This is a brand new board. When installed, doesn't work, when swapped out with our other unit's board (same unit for other floor) the nonfunctional pump works, so we know it's the defrost board. But how do I reset the new board. Came already flashing. Seller says too bad, out of warranty.
