i have a air handler that wont run. we have alread...

i have a air handler that wont run. we have already checked to make sure that the unit has power but nothing happens when we turn it on. there is a contactor that we have also manually pressed down and it just hums. there is an in line fuse that is not blown. what could possibly be wrong with this unit?
