We still have not received a response to our e-mail to you re: the "E2" problem on our trimline treadmill. Apparently, there are a quite a few people who are having the same problem. Please respond through our e-mail address cwoortega@yahoo.com and advise what action do we need to take to fix this problem. We would like to know if we can still get the manual on this trimline.
