i have a hp pavillion laptop and when i hook the speaker into my usb port the computer recognizes it and says it will work but no sound comes out of it.....i called hp and they tried to get it took work with music and sound but they were not able to do it.....any suggestions and what can i do to get it to work....the computer recognizes the speaker but nothing comes out of it when i try it......thank you
