I have a 8kw Troy Bilt Generator; No output power, purchased and changed the regulator board; still no power. Field resistance reads 55 ohms not connected. Voltage output reads 6vac and field reads 1.2dc. Did a field flash per mfg paper came with new module, no change.

0 Could use help on testing regulator in/out wiring voltages, etc. Also, the output wiring of generator main leads for a suspect bad stator.
