0 It means no data from the speed sensor. A new speed sensor is $25.00-$50.00. if sensor is just out of alignment it can be adjusted easily. Worst case is you need a new motor or PWM (motor controller board). $500-$1000 with labor. Probably not worth fixing such and old treadmill. I am struggling with mine.
