We are getting a "key stuck - number 7" error. How do I reset it?

0 We are having the same issue. Supposedly one of the keys on the function pad are not working properly. However, it could just be a temp error. I think to clear the error message you can cycle the power switch off and on 6 times with the safety key inserted.
