We bought this unit used and extremely reliable Model 500 2-32346. We have never had a problem with it, my wife went to get on it a couple days ago, pushed in the round red stick and nothing, I checked for a reset button, and found nothing, I checked the outlet, they work perfectly. We can't afford another unit, please help guide me to get this working today. Thank you, Mike
