When I powered up our True 400 HRC treadmill it gives us an error message stating "Scan Stuck" on the LED display. We can not do anything with the treadmill and have looked at the manual but don't see any references to this error message. Looking to see if anyone can help determine the cause of the problem and a possible fix. Thanks!
