after selecting custom paper size,the matter is no...

after selecting custom paper size,the matter is not in the center of the page in preview and it is showing only half of the matter.My printer is TVS 345 classic,using windows 7 OS,i could select only24 pin driver only.Pls help me.thanks rajan
