Dear Sirs, We have 2 Nos MSP 245 Star Printer, both printers having problem in print the characer or Number as cut in the middle in excel & cut in top portion while in Dos Mode. What are the reasons for the same, in spite of New Cartidge Ribbon the same problem arises.Also cleaned the printer head as possible.
