I have been a loyal consumer of all the Uniden products. I had one in college and it lasted for years. I think if I could find it somewhere it would still work. But I have the TRU9480-2 and it has worked flawlessly for months and now all of a sudden the CID won't work on both phones. I think it is the 4way directional keypad. Because when I go into the options it won't toggle in the down direction. It seems strange that it is on both phones.
