How to Cofigure LIne 1 as a default Line...

Some How I Changed Line 2 as a default line, How can I change Line 1 as default line. In other words I want the line 1 to be use as to call and answer when I pickup for answer , right now Line 2 is a default line. I want to change Line 1 as a default line. Thank you
