This is the 2nd time that i emailed you,about getting no owners manual,users manual or warranty card.When we bought our new 6300 multifue l furnace,for CASH.That is one hell of a way to treat your customers.You are as bad as the store,where we bought our stove from.Bens Do It Best Hardware in Brown City,Mi.We call & call,but we recieve no responce,about getting no owners,usersmanua l or warranty card when we bought our stove.They told us that it was the last one that they had,& it probably got lost.The owner told us that he would call the co,& get us all 3.Which i`ll bet he never called you RIGHT!!! pschmotzer@yahoo.com 1-989-872-4370 anytime EVERY DAY THAT GOES BY WE GE T MADDER & MADDER,to put it mildly.
