The water lines in zone 2 are making a "rushing water sound" nearly identical to your toilet tank filling after a flush and there is 0-5 PSI. I've tried to bleed the line by opening the bleeder valve and sometimes I've added water but after 2 days the noise comes back. Ideas as to the cause and how to fix? Other 2 zones do not make a sound.

1 That sounds very much like you have air in your lines. The pressure is way too low to start with. When the system is cold, you should have a minimum of 12 PSI in the lines, when it is hot, you should be no more than 25 psi. I would say fill the system to at least 12 PSI and try purging the air out again by isolating that loop and opening the bleeder valve. At the same time, you should have your fill valve in the open position so you keep a constant amount of water coming into the system as you have going out of the system.
