My daughter loves her quick fire, but she has had it less than 6 months and the freezing screens and glitches are driving her crazy. At & T is offering another phone to replace it and it is inferior to the qauickfire. Are you offering a replacement of any kind for your product that was supplied to AT & T in an early stage without being tested and proven.
