The manual that was not included in my new phone set (500AM-2) cannot be found anywhere! Staples is making me a copy because we're desperate! The box was also missing batteries, but Staples supplied them (on my 2nd trip to the store). Now I'm into a 3rd trip to another Staples store (20 mi. out of my way) for a copy of the manual! What's up with your quality control? Can you send me a User's Manual? An annoyed customer. If I can't get a manual - I'll return the phones and get another brand! Donna
