Question About Vicks Humidifier V3500N
the v3500n humidifier...

i am not sure how this thing works, someone gave it to me with a filter. where do i put the filter and i dont understand how it works. the water and fan are in two separate compartments and i dont understand it there is no mist or anything, just a fan blowing air and the water on the other side standing stagnant
