i have the digital thermometer and once you turn it on, it beeps, then you place it in the ear and when it is properly inserted, it's supposed to beep again. it was doing that for a while, now it isnt doing that beep that shows it is inserted properly...and the temp always reads really low. can you please tell me the problem? thanks! amy
