What type/size replacment battery is required for the Vicks V966R digital Thermometer. I lost the original battery at the store when I went out shopping for a new one!!

5 I have attached a photo of a Duracell battery as an example of the battery you should use for the thermometer. The battery is a 392 silver oxide button cell battery if you do not want to get this particular battery just search in the battery section at your local pharmacy or wal-mart for a button cell (small round) 392 as most of these are silver oxide and will work for your thermometer.
