I have had the Viper 550 esp on my car over 5 years without an issue. Yesterday when I tried to crank it up using the remote it did not start. Sometimes, the car may crank with remote if I am next to the car. I also have to try two tmes to unlock the doors with either remote control for the locks to unlock. I changed the batteries in the remotes. Thanks Jim
