I don't know what the model number is. I needed to boost my car because it wouldn't start in the cold weather (-45C). Now my alarm is engaged and the remote will not turn it off. I can't even manually start my car. I live in a rural place and the nearest town doesn't have anyone who deals with Viper anymore. I don't know if I need to re-boot it, but I am happy to just disconnect the alarm except I don't know how, or what I'm even looking at. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated!
