screen lock wont unlock and volume button wont work to reset it. it will still receive messages from fb and other things and show when battery is getting low and turn off on its on when battery goes dead but the screen when you touch it will not work what so ever. This isnt the first time that i have had problems with this tablet. it hasnt been 4 maybe 5 months since you sent me this one because the other one that i had froze up and wouldnt do anything and it is getting to be nothing but a big hassle.
