My Vita Spa Heat water and maintains 105 degrees. ...

My Vita Spa Heat water and maintains 105 degrees. I have tried to reduce the water heat to 90 fo rthe summer however it will not permit this to occur. It continues to heat the water none stop to 105? anyone know what is going on here?
