Question About Vita Spa PTVIL230EMT
motor noise, controls, owners manual...

I have a Vita Spa L200 Selectron hot tub and no owners manual. The motors, both for the water jets and the air jets, are very noisy. Is this normal? Also, I am having a hard time understanding the control panel. Any help would be appreciated!! : |
