Question About VuPoint Solutions Camcorder DV-DA1-VP
Uploading videos onto my computer...

I am having difficulty getting videos from my camera to upload onto my computer. I downloaded the software from the website (since we didn't get a CD-Rom disc with our camera), liked the USB cable to the computer and tried to view the videos, but I only get sound, no picture. It says there is an error downloading the Codec (???)PLEASE HELP!!!!
