5 Blood pressure machines like those in Walgreens are cuff monitors which tend to wear out and may not even be accurate. Blood pressure changes throughout the day. Proper blood pressure testing should be done after no talking, eating, or moving for at least 5 minutes a few times a day. Error at Walgreens may mean you were moving, your arm was not cuffed properly, the machine is broken, or other. I suggest you get an upper arm automatic digital blood pressure monitor from Amazon or any store and take it at home and have it monitored monthly by a doctor. High blood pressure usually has NO symptoms and one reading is not enough to say you have or do not have high blood pressure. High blood pressure is known as the silent killer and one in three adults have it. Go to your doctor and have them check it now and then. Good luck and I hope this helps.
