I have the Walgreen's BP monitor WGNBPA-740 and cannot locate the booklet. When using the cuff inflates like it should, however, it stops and then begins inflating again squeezing the arm. Once pulled off the message EE comes up. I have only had it since August of 2014. Can you tell me how to fix? Thank you.
