Scanner stopped scanning and started beeping repeatedly, then stopped beeping altogether. Now it does not generate a laser scan at all. the top indicator light is flashing blue, which I thought meant configuration mode, but I cannot scan a barcode to exit that mode. please help! I also do not have the barcodes to set up or exit these modes, and would like info on where to get those. thanks!
