Question About Weider Home Gym WESY85301
Exercises...

I found the user manual for this machine finally, but now I need to know if anyone has the exercise information that came with it? Sorry for being such a newbie but I do know when working with weights, if my form is off, it's not going to benefit me and could even injure me. Thanks for any help of information I can get.
