Question About Weider Home Gym 9940
User Manual...

I am wanting to see how the different stations should be used, not how to assemble the equipment. I need a user manual not an assembly manual.

0 Thank you for getting back to me. I am looking forward to your reply with the information! It is a nice machine, but it would be really nice to see exactly what exercises the machine was designed to accomplish. I also want to know how to properly position myself and adjust the equipment so that I do not get hurt. Thanks again, Carl
