We've miss-placed our manual. What is the standard white bread recipe?

0 Recipe for country white bread: 2 1/4 cups King Arthur bread flour (I find this works best in all bread recipes) 1/4 cup flax seed and 2 tbs wheat germ 1 cup lukewarm water 2 tbs sugar 2 tbs Carnation dry milk 1-1/2 tsp salt (I use kosher salt) 2 tbs butter 1-1/2 tsp fast acting yeast Put water in bottom of pan Add flour and flaxseed and wheat germ Add sugar Add powdered milk Add salt divided to four corners Add butter cut in four pieces to four corners Make hole in center and add yeast. Set breadmaker to basic bread and dark crust. We love this recipe and it never fails for us. I added the flaxseed and wheat germ but if you want to leave it out it still turns out good. Good luck!
