Question About Westinghouse Convection Oven CWEF367CES6
cleaning the oven....

I cannot get the oven to come on for self cleaning. The door is now locked and will not open, but it is also not heating up. I have tried setting the start and stop timer but it still is not working. It has a brand new computer in it so I don't know what the problem can be.
