Question About Westinghouse Dishwasher Freestyle 921
No lcd light...

We turned our Westinghouse 921 water supply off. Then loaded dishes into it and set to run but forgot to turn water supply back on. Now it wont run. Is there a safty device to stop it running when water was turned off? Is there a reset button? We need a product manual thanks
