Regardless of the Monitor is connected to the cable box with HDMI or unconnected, the Monitor continuously cycles through solid colors, e.g. red, green, blue, black, then white. Power button or other buttons on the TV are non-responsive. What does this mean? Can I get out of the color cycling or is the TV no longer operational.
