I need to replace the keyboard in my Westinghouse laptop (NB-14W2 ). Does anyone know where I can get a Service Manual--or have directions as to what screws need to be removed to access the keyboard? Thanks for help. JP

1 ae86gtv, After removing the keyboard, how do I get to the memory stick under the keyboard? There is a silver plate under the keyboard and I see no screws

0 theres one screw on the bottom of the case, labeled 'K/B'. remove that one, then flip back over and open the laptop. at the top of the keyboard above the 'F' keys, you'll see some little tabs, theres 4 of them. grab a tiny flathead (jeweler's, eyeglass) and press them in one at a time, starting from left is easiest, while pulling gently up on the top of the keyboard. after all 4 are snapped out, the keyboard will be able to be removed. be careful not to damage the ribbon! This is also useful to get to the RAM as there is a stick under the keyboard. ^_^
