Our WH 636 DVD system has lost sound - when I turn the volume on full the playing CD can be heard but anything less than full blast the CD music cannot be heard. Did the kids press something on the remote or on the system that has switched something off? The speakers seem to be connected correctly as the music from the CD can be heard but only when the volume is turned to above 50
