Retuning my tv now we are all digital...

Now we have gone digital and the analogue signal has been turned off for BBC 2 I have been unable to return my tv to get BBC1 and 2 on digital. I have gone into the the TV mode and done auto run but this does not give me the digital signal for these two channels
