mp3 player keeps saying booting up then just goes off. its fully charged

1 I have exactly the same problem. Mine is shown as a drive on my computer, but Windows media Player says it is not connected, I cannot bring a menu up on the screen. Have emailed Argos and am waiting a reply. There seems to be much dissatisfaction acvross the net with this machine
