I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer (WGD8300SW1). I'm building a laundry room as part of a new addition, so I can't have the units delivered yet. Last Friday I had to tell the HVAC crew where to drill the vent hole in the side of the washer/dryer room. The only information I had was the vent location on the ELECTRIC model. The store where I bought the dryer is in a hard-to-access warehouse; they don't have a gas model on the floor like the one I purchased. I just need to know where exactly the gas dryer vent is located, or verification that it's in the same place as on the electric model I saw at the store. Thanks.
