I have always left the washer door ajar when not in use, as per the manual. Even so, I have a constant bad odour in washer. My coloured towels and facecloths really stink when I use them. What can be done? I understand from other sites on the internet that this has been a known problem with this washer and those made by Whirlpool bearing the Sears brand name.
