I BELIEVE THE ELEMENTS ARE BAD IN MY HOT WATER HEATER. ARE THEY COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?

0 after running bath, at least 4 to 9 ounces of water shoots out of valve. The plumber who installed this new unit a few days ago says it should not be happening
