Question About Whirlpool Water System WHES40
does not seem to work...

When water is running through the softener you are supposed to see little water droplets on the information screen. I no longer do. I don't think this is working as the salt level is only at 6 since I filled it LAST YEAR. Any ideas

If you're still getting water through it, but it's not doing anything - there can only be 1 or 2 things.
